Voxbi vs Ringover: plans, features and pricing
By the Voxbi editorial team. Updated 18 August 2026. Prices exclude VAT.
Ringover bundles business telephony, one number per user, eligible unlimited calling and more than 100 integrations into its Business subscription.
Voxbi takes a more modular approach. Voxbi One is the self-service range. Voxbi Managed adds telephone support, service levels, monitoring and managed operation.
For a fair feature and price comparison, the closest published packages are Voxbi Managed Business Flat at €17.60 per user per month and Ringover Business at €47 per user per month when billed annually. Both include business-grade PBX functionality, telephone support, a contractual SLA and an unlimited-calling package. Ringover includes a number for every user; the Voxbi totals below add one number for the whole company, at the published Voxbi Managed rate, since extensions sit behind the main number on a cloud PBX. If you want a direct dial for every person to match Ringover exactly, add €8.90 per extra person.
Voxbi Plus at €2.90 is much cheaper, but it is self-service, includes email support rather than telephone support and carries no contractual SLA. We show it separately instead of presenting it as equivalent to Ringover Business.
The short answer
Choose Ringover Business if your company runs a sales, recruitment or support team that needs broad CRM and ATS integrations, advanced call supervision, long recording retention and a predictable bundle of numbers and eligible calls.
Choose Voxbi Managed Business Flat if you want a managed European cloud PBX with telephone support, monitoring, SSO, a business SLA and regional on-site service, at a lower fixed price per user.
Choose Voxbi Plus if your team can administer its own phone system, email support is sufficient and you primarily need Odoo, Microsoft 365, analytics, API access or Microsoft Teams Direct Routing at the lowest possible subscription price.
Which plans are genuinely comparable?
There is no perfectly identical pairing because the providers package their services differently.

Sales coaching | Limited compared with Ringover | Listening, whispering, intervention and additional coaching products |
Best fit | Managed business telephony and IT-controlled PBX deployments | Call-intensive sales, support and recruitment teams |
This is the closest like-for-like comparison available from the published plans. Ringover includes more call-centre and sales-productivity functionality. Voxbi includes more traditional managed-telecom elements such as PBX monitoring, managed configuration and regional on-site intervention.
Lower-cost self-service comparison
Voxbi Plus | Ringover Talk | |
Published price | €2.90/user/month | €20/user/month annually; €29 monthly |
Administration | Self-service | Self-service and web purchase |
Support | Email included | Email and telephone support listed; Talk is excluded from the SLA |
SLA | No | No |
Numbers included | None. Voxbi One numbers are charged separately from €1.60 each per month | One number for the company |
Calls | Metered; Zone International covers 140+ destinations | Unlimited national calls under published conditions |
Analytics and integrations | Analytics, Odoo, Microsoft 365, API and webhooks | Does not include Ringover's Business integration package |
Applications | Web, Windows and mobile | Web and mobile only |
Voxbi Plus and Ringover Talk overlap as self-service products, but their bundles remain different. Ringover Talk includes a company number and national calls. Voxbi Plus includes deeper integrations and analytics but charges separately for numbers and calls. A single Voxbi One number at €1.60 a month closes most of that gap on a small team.
What comparable business packages cost
The main cost comparison uses fixed-price packages with business-grade support:
- Voxbi Managed Business Flat: €17.60 per user/month.
- Ringover Business: €47 per user/month with annual billing.
- Numbers are charged separately on Voxbi Managed at €8.90 each per month on the Business flat rate. One number for the whole company is included in the totals below, not one per user. Ringover Business bundles a number for every user; if you want the same on Voxbi, add €8.90 per extra person.
- Prices exclude VAT.
- Hardware, Microsoft licences and customer-specific implementation charges are excluded.
Voxbi's flat rate follows Mixvoip's published package, covering unlimited calls to more than 130 destinations. Ringover Business includes unlimited calls to more than 110 eligible destinations when calls originate from a qualifying EEA number.

Eligible calls | Included | Included |
Monthly total | €888.90 | €2,350.00 |

Because both packages use a fixed user price, the price relationship does not change with eligible call minutes. On these public prices, with one phone number for the whole company on the Voxbi side against a number bundled into every Ringover seat, Voxbi Managed Business Flat costs 60.7% less than Ringover Business at 10 users, 61.8% less at 25 users, and 62.2% less at 50 users.
If your team needs a direct number for every person, add €8.90 per extra number to the Voxbi figures to match Ringover's bundle. Even then, Voxbi stays well below Ringover on published prices.
Unlimited does not mean unrestricted
The two flat-rate packages have different conditions.
Mixvoip states that its flat-rate package:
- covers more than 130 destinations;
- is not available for call centres;
- cannot be used with predictive diallers or other automated calling systems;
- excludes fax communications.
Ringover's unlimited calling:
- covers more than 110 eligible destinations;
- depends on the country of the originating number;
- is subject to contractual fair-use rules;
- excludes out-of-package destinations and chargeable services.
A sales floor using automated dialling should not assume that Voxbi's flat rate is available. In that situation Ringover Business may be the more suitable package, even at the higher user price.
Where Ringover Business is stronger
Numbers are included rather than charged
Ringover Business bundles a number for every user. On Voxbi Managed each number is a separate €8.90 a month on the Business flat rate. For a team that genuinely needs a direct line for everyone, that is a real and recurring difference: add €8.90 per extra person to the Voxbi figures above to match Ringover's model.
Integration breadth
Ringover publishes more than 100 integrations across CRM, ATS, helpdesk and productivity platforms. The list includes Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Zoho, Pipedrive, Freshdesk, Bullhorn, Avionté, Loxo, Vincere, Mercury and JobAdder.
Voxbi has native Odoo and Microsoft 365 integrations, plus API and webhook access. If the required application is a recruitment platform or mainstream CRM other than Odoo, Ringover is likely to require less development work.
Sales and support supervision
Ringover Business includes tools designed for call-intensive teams: double listening, call whispering, in-call intervention, real-time dashboards, advanced call statistics, power dialling and advanced queues.
Voxbi Managed Business has analytics, PBX monitoring, alerts and external recording, but does not publish an equivalent sales-coaching toolset.
Longer recording retention
Ringover publishes twelve months of call-log and recording retention on Business. Voxbi Managed Business publishes 365 days of call history and 60 days of recording. Extra Voxbi recording storage is available from €0.30 per user/month.
A broader all-in-one sales package
Ringover combines business telephony with a larger collection of sales, recruitment and support tools. Organisations that would otherwise buy separate dialling, supervision or ATS-integration products may reasonably value the wider bundle.
Shorter published initial commitment
Ringover Business publicly states a 12-month commitment. Buyers should compare that with the contractual term quoted for Voxbi Managed. Voxbi One and Voxbi Managed should not be described together as universally "no lock-in."
Where Voxbi Managed Business is stronger
Lower fixed price
The like-for-like fixed-price examples place Voxbi Managed Business Flat below Ringover Business at every user count, including the cost of a number for each user. The comparison is not based on a self-service €2.90 product: both sides include telephone support, an SLA and eligible unlimited calling.
You buy only the numbers you need
Because numbers are priced individually rather than bundled, an organisation where most staff work from a shared main number pays for a handful of numbers rather than one per head. Whether this is an advantage or a disadvantage depends entirely on your numbering plan.
PBX monitoring and managed operation
Voxbi Managed Business includes PBX monitoring and alerts and is designed for customers who want Mixvoip or a partner to help operate the telephone environment.
SSO included
Voxbi Managed Business lists SSO as included. Ringover's public comparison presents Azure and SAML SSO as an add-on.
Regional on-site service
Mixvoip publishes on-site coverage for Luxembourg and Belgium together with named regions of France and Germany. No standard Ringover on-site service was found in the public material reviewed.
Microsoft Teams Direct Routing
Voxbi offers managed Direct Routing, allowing Teams itself to make and receive telephone calls over the operator network. Ringover publishes an application that places its dialler and call history inside Teams. That is useful, but it is not the same deployment model.
Odoo focus
Both providers integrate with Odoo. Voxbi treats Odoo integration as a core product capability. Ringover supports Odoo as one of more than 100 integrations and requires Business or Advanced.
Hosting and operator status
Voxbi states that its calls and customer data remain within the European Union. Mixvoip separately publishes its European infrastructure locations and regulatory registrations.
This page does not claim that a specific customer's recordings are stored in a named data-centre building unless that location is confirmed contractually.
Ringover states that the data centres hosting the information required to provide its service are located in France. For a French organisation requiring data storage specifically in France, Ringover provides the more precise public answer. For an organisation requiring regulatory registrations across several European markets, Mixvoip provides the broader published operator footprint.
Switching from Ringover
Ringover's terms require careful timing when porting numbers away. The new operator should initiate the porting request at least thirty calendar days before the Ringover subscription ends.
Users, queues, menus, permissions and routing rules must be recreated in Voxbi. Call history and recordings do not move with the telephone numbers, so export required information before closing the old account.
Existing SIP phones may be reusable, but compatibility should be checked before the migration is priced.
Common questions
Which plans provide the fairest comparison?
Voxbi Managed Business Flat and Ringover Business are the closest business-grade packages. Both include advanced functionality, telephone support, an SLA and eligible unlimited calling. Because Ringover bundles a number per user, a fair total adds the same number of Voxbi numbers at €8.90 each.
Voxbi Plus is a self-service alternative and should not be presented as functionally equivalent to Ringover Business.
Does Voxbi One include support?
Yes. Every Voxbi One plan includes email support. Telephone support, managed operation, on-site assistance and contractual service levels belong to Voxbi Managed.
Does Ringover Business include a phone number?
Yes. Ringover Business includes one number per user. Ringover Talk includes one number for the company rather than one for every user.
How much do Voxbi phone numbers cost?
Numbers are charged monthly and the rate depends on the plan. On Voxbi Managed the published price rises with the pack, from €3.30 on Essential to €5.70 on Business and Enterprise, or from €6.50 to €8.90 on the flat-rate tiers. Voxbi One numbers start at €1.60. Check the current figures on Voxbi pricing.
What does the Voxbi flat rate include?
Voxbi Managed's flat rate follows Mixvoip's published flat-rate package, which covers unlimited calls to more than 130 destinations. It is not available for call centres or automated dialling, and fax is excluded.
Are Ringover Business calls unlimited?
Ringover includes calls to more than 110 eligible destinations when the call originates from a qualifying EEA number. Destination restrictions, fair-use provisions and other contractual conditions apply.
Is Voxbi still cheaper in a like-for-like comparison?
On the published fixed prices, yes. At 25 users, with one phone number for the whole company on the Voxbi side against a number bundled into every Ringover seat, the example is €448.90/month for Voxbi Managed Business Flat and €1,175.00/month for Ringover Business. Ringover includes broader integrations, longer recording retention and deeper call-centre tools, so the difference is not a markup for identical products.
Which is better for recruitment teams?
Ringover is usually the stronger fit because it publishes native integrations with several recruitment and ATS platforms and offers more advanced dialling, supervision and coaching tools.
Which is better for a conventional office phone system?
Voxbi is generally the more economical option for organisations that qualify for the Mixvoip flat rate and want managed PBX operation, monitoring, SSO, Odoo or Microsoft Teams Direct Routing.
Verdict
For the closest business-grade comparison, use Voxbi Managed Business Flat versus Ringover Business.
Ringover Business is the more complete package for call-intensive sales, support and recruitment teams. Its strengths are integration breadth, advanced supervision, longer recording retention and a bundle that includes a number for every user.
Voxbi Managed Business Flat is the lower-cost managed PBX for organisations that qualify for the flat-rate conditions. It combines telephone support, monitoring, analytics, SSO, an SLA and eligible unlimited calling at a lower total per user, even once numbers are added.
Voxbi Plus remains relevant as a lower-cost self-service alternative. It should be presented as such, not as a feature-for-feature substitute for Ringover Business.
