Best-Rated Cloud PBX Providers on Google Reviews 2026

Best-Rated Cloud PBX Providers on Google Reviews 2026

Which telecom companies offering Cloud PBX have the strongest Google ratings?
📌
Updated 25 August 2026. This comparison ranks Cloud PBX and business-telephony providers using Google Business Profile ratings and review counts. Luxembourg providers are treated separately from international vendors because Google ratings belong to specific business locations, not to a product globally.
🏆
Key takeaway
Among the Luxembourg providers with a meaningful Google-review sample, Mixvoip has the strongest combination of rating and review volume at 4.8/5 from 266 reviews. Orange Luxembourg and Tango have much larger total review volumes, but their scores are calculated from multiple official retail locations rather than taken from a single company-wide Google profile.

The table below prioritizes Luxembourg-based profiles. Where a provider operates multiple official Luxembourg locations, we calculate a review-weighted aggregate and label it clearly.

What the Luxembourg ranking means

The raw star score matters, but review volume matters too. A 4.8/5 rating from 266 reviews is a much stronger reputation signal than a perfect 5.0/5 based on four reviews. For that reason, this article shows both figures prominently and avoids presenting very small samples as definitive.
Google reviews for telecom operators can also cover internet, mobile, installation, billing, retail service and general support, not only Cloud PBX. The rating should therefore be read as a provider-level reputation signal rather than a controlled product-satisfaction score for business telephony alone.
⚠️
Why DEEP is not ranked #1: its 5.0/5 score is based on only four reviews. We therefore show it for transparency but do not treat it as stronger evidence than ratings supported by dozens or hundreds of reviews.

How we calculated Tango and Orange Luxembourg

Tango and Orange do not have one representative company-wide Google score. Instead, customer reviews are distributed across their official Luxembourg stores.
For these two providers we use a review-weighted average:
each location's rating is weighted by its number of reviews, so a shop with 700 reviews contributes more to the overall score than one with 20 reviews.

Tango

We identified 11 Tango locations in Luxembourg with a combined 1,824 Google reviews. The weighted average is 4.05/5, shown in the ranking as 4.1/5.

Orange Luxembourg

We identified the eight retail locations listed by Orange Luxembourg, with a combined 2,956 Google reviews. Their review-weighted average is 4.22/5, shown as 4.2/5.
Orange also has separate corporate-office Google profiles in Bertrange. We do not mix those into the retail aggregate because they represent a different customer context. Including them would not materially change the rounded result, but separating them keeps the methodology cleaner.

International Cloud PBX and UCaaS providers

For international vendors, the score below belongs to an identifiable corporate or operating location outside Luxembourg. These figures are useful as company-reputation signals, but they should not be interpreted as Luxembourg-specific satisfaction scores.

A foreign office rating is included only as contextual evidence. It is not treated as a Luxembourg-specific Google score, and it does not necessarily measure the quality of the provider's Cloud PBX product itself.

Methodology

We used the following rules to make the ranking reproducible and fair:
  1. Source type: Google Business Profile / Google Maps ratings are the primary reputation source.
  2. Company matching: the profile must clearly correspond to the named provider or an identifiable operating office.
  3. Luxembourg first: for providers with a Luxembourg profile, that local profile is used.
  4. Multi-location operators: where customer reviews are spread across official Luxembourg branches, we calculate a review-weighted average rather than choosing one store arbitrarily.
  5. International vendors: if no Luxembourg profile exists, a clearly attributable foreign corporate/operating office may be shown, with geography disclosed.
  6. Review count is always shown: star ratings without sample size can be misleading.
  7. Very small samples are flagged: a perfect rating from only a handful of reviews is not treated as stronger evidence than a slightly lower rating supported by hundreds of reviews.
  8. No substitution: Trustpilot, G2, Capterra, app-store ratings, employee-review websites and unrelated similarly named businesses are not substituted for a Google Business Profile score.
  9. No score is better than a wrong score: when we cannot identify a defensible Google profile, the provider is shown as N/A rather than assigned an unrelated rating.
  10. Date-sensitive data: ratings and review counts change continuously. The original dataset was checked on 19 August 2026; the Luxembourg Online and Eltrona figures were updated on 23 August 2026.

Axivox: why no Google rating is shown

Axivox gives its official address as Rue de Saint-Paul 11, 1457 Walhain, Belgium. A business profile exists at that address under another business identity, but we could not establish a rated Google Business Profile specifically attributable to Axivox.
Axivox is nevertheless a real operating brand within the Evocom group: Evocom describes Axivox as its cloud PBX activity. We therefore include Axivox in the provider universe but show its Google score as N/A rather than borrowing a score from another entity.

What can Google reviews tell you about support quality?

Google reviews can be useful for identifying recurring themes around responsiveness, communication, installation, billing, problem resolution and staff helpfulness. They are particularly relevant when evaluating the overall provider relationship.
However, they cannot by themselves prove which Cloud PBX provider has the best technical support. A robust support comparison would also need contractual data such as:
  • support hours and channels;
  • response and resolution targets;
  • SLA commitments;
  • escalation procedures;
  • availability of local technical staff;
  • customer references specific to Cloud PBX deployments.
For this reason, this article uses Google ratings as public reputation evidence, not as a substitute for SLA analysis.

Key findings

  • Mixvoip has the strongest Luxembourg combination of high rating and meaningful review volume: 4.8/5 from 266 reviews.
  • Orange Luxembourg has the largest combined Luxembourg review base in this dataset: 2,956 reviews, with a weighted score of 4.2/5.
  • Tango also has a very large local sample: 1,824 reviews, producing a weighted 4.1/5 score.
  • Luxembourg Online has a substantial single-profile sample of 752 reviews, but a lower average at 3.6/5.
  • Eltrona has an even larger single-profile sample of 925 reviews, with an average of 3.4/5.
  • DEEP's 5.0/5 is based on only four reviews and should therefore be interpreted cautiously.
  • Among the international profiles checked, Ringover combines a high score with a large sample at 4.2/5 from 1,280 reviews.
  • International office ratings should not be treated as direct evidence of Luxembourg customer experience.

FAQ

Which Cloud PBX provider has the best Google rating in Luxembourg?

If very small samples are excluded, Mixvoip currently has the strongest result in this comparison at 4.8/5 from 266 Google reviews. DEEP shows 5.0/5, but from only four reviews.

Why are Orange Luxembourg and Tango shown with calculated ratings?

Their Google reviews are distributed across multiple official Luxembourg stores. We calculate a review-weighted average so that locations with more reviews contribute proportionally to the overall score.

Is a Google rating the same as a Cloud PBX product rating?

No. Google Business Profile reviews normally reflect the wider customer relationship with the company or location. For telecom operators this can include internet, mobile, billing, installation, retail visits and technical support as well as telephony.

Why include international providers if their ratings are not from Luxembourg?

They provide useful contextual reputation data for buyers comparing international Cloud PBX and UCaaS vendors. The article clearly identifies the profile geography so readers do not mistake those scores for Luxembourg-specific customer ratings.

How often should this ranking be updated?

Because Google ratings and review counts change, the ranking should be rechecked periodically and immediately before any major editorial refresh.

Editorial principle: show the profile geography, review count and methodology alongside every rating so readers can judge the evidence for themselves.
